Account Suspension & Termination

Temporary Account Suspension

Lotus365 may temporarily suspend your account if:

• Suspicious Activity: Unusual betting patterns or suspected fraud
• Payment Issues: Failed deposits or chargeback attempts
• Terms Violation: Misconduct or violation of Community Guidelines
• Legal Requirement: Court order or regulatory directive
• System Maintenance: Platform updates or technical maintenance
• Security Breach: Potential compromise of your account
• Your Request: If you request temporary suspension

Temporary suspension notifications:

• You’ll receive email notification with reason
• Your account will be locked from use
• You cannot login or access funds during suspension
• Suspension duration varies (24 hours to 30 days typically)
• We’ll notify you when suspension is lifted

Account Termination – Voluntary

You can close your account at any time by:

1. Logging into your account
2. Going to Account Settings > Close Account
3. Reading the termination consequences
4. Confirming your closure request
5. Receiving confirmation email

Upon Voluntary Termination:

• Your account will be permanently closed
• You cannot login or place new bets
• Existing funds will be available for withdrawal for 90 days
• After 90 days, unclaimed balance is forfeited
• You can reopen your account after 30 days if you wish

Account Termination – Involuntary

Lotus365 may permanently terminate your account if:

Serious Violations:

• Creating multiple accounts or account sharing
• Using false identity or fraudulent information
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal activity
• Attempting to breach Platform security
• Colluding with other players or staff
• Severe Terms violation

Payment-Related:

• Repeated chargebacks on deposits
• Payment fraud or stolen payment methods
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Non-compliance with tax obligations

Legal/Regulatory:

• Breach of local gambling laws
• Court order or regulatory directive
• Violation of international sanctions

Upon Involuntary Termination:

• Your account will be permanently closed immediately
• All funds forfeited (may be retained for legal/tax purposes)
• Pending bets may be voided or settled based on circumstances
• You’ll receive notification with termination reason
• Permanent ban from re-registering on Lotus365
• Legal action may be initiated if criminal activity detected
